Noir is handmade in Europe at our exclusive manufacturing facility, and incorporates the finest ornamentation, European quality zippers, hardware, with exquisite detail given to fit and finish.

We stock a range of our best selling and clearance items in Perth, WA ready for immediate dispatch.
Non Stock items are handmade in Poland, and in most cases, made to order. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery in these cases.
Shipping times are slowly getting back to Pre-Covid timeframes and we are working hard in the background to speed up our turn around time on your favourite items!
All major payment options are available through our website including AfterPay.
Postage costs is $25 for Standard Australia Post Satchel and $35 for Express Post.
All items are sent via Australia Post with tracking provided upon shipment.
When you purchase on Noirhandmadeaustralia.com.au you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order. You can also view the delivery status of your order in your Online Account. Please see our Delivery Information for more information.

On the rare occasion an item may longer be available due to not being manufactured anymore, this can be from a number of things, but mainly material and raw product availability in Europe. Although this does not happen often, we will notify you via email and automatically process your refund or issue you with a replacement item of your choice to the same value.
Yes, we need a signature to successfully complete delivery of your goods.
If no one’s home or there’s limited access to the address, Australia Post will leave a card letting you know where and when you can collect your order from your local Post Office.
